Refund & Cancellation Policy For AnswerPort International

At AnswerPort International, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction. If you face issues like duplicate charges, unmet design requirements, or incomplete orders, we will refund your entire design amount. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness.

Refund Request Timeline:

  • Within 48 hours: You can receive a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Between 48-120 hours: You can receive a 33% refund, also minus the 10% service and processing fee.
  • After 120 hours: We do not accept refund requests. However, please reach out to us with any concerns, as your satisfaction matters to us.

Non-Refundable Situations:

If you do not provide the necessary project briefing within 7 days, your payment becomes non-refundable.

How to Claim Your Refund:

  1. Contact us and specify your concern to initiate your refund request.
  2. We will work to resolve your issue through our revision policy. If we cannot resolve it, we will send you an email about the refund approval.
  3. Once we process your refund, you will lose design rights. You cannot display any version of the design we provided.

By agreeing to this policy, you understand that you will have no rights to use any responses or content related to the refunded design. Additionally, we will share copyright acquisition information for refunded designs with Government Copyright Agencies. This information will restrict the re-use of these designs as originals in the future.
